Line-Item Cost Breakdown
Each estimate is split into 7 material groups: structural (cement, steel, sand, stone, brick), ceiling/roof (metal sheet, tile, gypsum, PVC), finishing (wall/floor tile, paint, waterproofing), doors & glass, electrical, plumbing, and labor. You can override every coefficient (units per m²) and every unit price.
Prices Update per Province
Material prices are pulled automatically from our construction material price system. When you pick a province, cement, steel, sand, stone, brick, and other prices update to local values — so your estimate reflects actual cost in your area.
Estimator Caveats
Results are indicative. Real costs may vary 10–20% based on construction timing, contractor, and unforeseen issues. The estimate does not include land, permits, architectural design, or furniture.
