- Budget: engineered wood MDF/MFC, Vietnamese brands (Hoà Phát, Xuân Hoà, Kymdan). Social housing, rental, first apartment.
- Mid: premium engineered wood (An Cường), Electrolux, Grohe, TOTO appliances. Fits most families, 7–10 year lifespan.
- Premium: natural wood (walnut, oak), real leather, Bosch/Miele/Kohler/Herman Miller brands. 15–20 year lifespan.
Bedroom Cost 2026
