The website vatgia.top ("Vật Giá Top", "we", "the site") is independently developed and operated by the Vật Giá Top team, based in Vietnam. Questions about this policy: please email [email protected] or see our Contact page.
Note: vatgia.top is NOT affiliated with vatgia.com (an unrelated e-commerce marketplace that shut down in March 2026). See the About page for full disambiguation.
2. Data we collect
2.1. Data you actively provide
- Consultation form (lead form): name, phone number, category and message — when you actively submit a request on a material-price, estimator or homepage form.
- Saved estimates / preferences: inputs to our cost calculators (area, floors, line items) — stored against your browser session, no account required.
- Newsletter / API signups: if you actively subscribe.
2.2. Data collected automatically when you browse
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent (browser + device), URL viewed, referrer, timestamp. Used for security and abuse prevention. Logs retained max 90 days.
- Cookies & local storage for functionality (saved province, language, estimates) and analytics (see §4).
3. How we use your data
- Respond to consultation requests: we call / message you on the phone number you provided.
- Run the site: show prices for the province you choose, remember saved estimates, switch language (VN/EN).
- Improve the product: analyse which pages are read, which flows are abandoned, what to prioritise next.
- Security: detect and block malicious traffic, fraud, spam.
- Legal compliance: respond to lawful requests from Vietnamese authorities.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Cookies & third-party processors
To run and measure the site we use a small set of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy — we list them transparently below:

4.1. Google AdSense disclosure
- Google uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other sites across the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised ads by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
5. How you control your data
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Note: some features (saved province, saved estimates) will stop working.
- Delete a lead submission: email [email protected] from the phone number you used — we will delete it within 7 business days.
- Unsubscribe: click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or visit /unsubscribe.
- Access / rectify / delete: under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection (and equivalent protections for EU/UK visitors), you may request a copy of, correct, or delete your personal data — email the address above.
6. Children
Vật Giá Top is not directed at users under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents who discover their child has submitted personal data should contact us to remove it.
7. Security
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS via Cloudflare.
- The lead database is access-controlled: only authenticated admins (JWT) can view leads.
- Admin passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. JWT tokens have short expiry.
- No system is 100% secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you within 72 hours of detection.
8. Data retention
- Leads: max 24 months from submission.
- Server logs: max 90 days.
- Analytics cookies (GA, Clarity, PostHog): per each provider's policy (typically 14-26 months).
9. Cross-border transfers
The third parties in §4 are headquartered outside Vietnam (mostly the United States). When you use the site, some technical data (truncated IP, cookies) is processed on those providers' infrastructure under their own privacy policies and recognised international transfer safeguards (SCCs, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
10. Changes
We may update this policy when laws change, when we add or drop third-party services, or when we change features. Each update bumps the "Effective" date at the top. For material changes we will display a prominent notice on the homepage for 30 days.
