Terms of Service

By accessing and using Vật Giá Top (vatgia.top), you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before using our cost estimators and construction material price data.

Effective: May 10, 2026

1. Definitions

  • "Site" or "Vật Giá Top": the website at vatgia.top and all related subdomains.
  • "We": the Vật Giá Top operating team.
  • "You" or "User": any individual or organisation accessing the site.
  • "Price data": tables of construction-material prices, labour rates and related figures displayed on the site.
  • "Tools": our cost estimator, material calculator, house-sketch tool, interior cost calculator, price lookup, and API.

2. Scope of service

Vật Giá Top provides:

  • Reference construction-material price data, aggregated from the published price bulletins of 34 Vietnamese provincial Departments of Construction.
  • Free cost-estimation and quantity-takeoff tools.
  • Construction-knowledge articles (blog).
  • A VLXD price API for developers (free and paid tiers).

The core service is free for end users. Paid tiers (API Pro, PRO) are described on the API and PRO pages.

3. Reference-only nature of the price data

This is the most important clause:

  • All VLXD prices on Vật Giá Top are for reference only. They are aggregated from official provincial price bulletins and may differ from real market prices at dealers / suppliers due to:
  • Freight cost from warehouse to site.
  • Volume discounts and promotions.
  • Raw-material price movements (steel, cement, coal) within a period.
  • The gap between published and actual transaction prices.

Before signing any construction-material or construction contract, you must independently verify actual prices with at least 3 local suppliers. Vật Giá Top is not liable for any price differences or losses arising from relying solely on our reference prices as the basis for a financial decision.

4. User rights and obligations

You may:

  • Access the site for free, view price data, and use the tools.
  • Save / print / share your estimates for personal or professional use.
  • Cite our price data with the attribution "Source: Vật Giá Top — vatgia.top".

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape data in bulk via bots / scripts. For bulk data use, please use the official API.
  • Perform actions that overload the system (DDoS, brute-force).
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or unlawful information via consultation forms or comments.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Copy or redistribute article content, tool code, or images without our written permission.
  • Use the site for any purpose unlawful under Vietnamese law.

5. Accounts and security

  • Most features do not require sign-in. Google OAuth login is only needed for long-term save, PDF/Excel export, or PRO features.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • Report unauthorised access to [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

  • The "Vật Giá Top" name and logo, site design, frontend and backend source code, and proprietary estimation formulas are owned by Vật Giá Top.
  • Blog articles authored by our team are copyright Vật Giá Top. You may quote up to 200 words with a source link.
  • Raw price data is sourced from provincial Departments of Construction; we aggregate, unit-normalise, and add value through analysis, comparison, and charts.
  • Third-party ads and content (Google AdSense) are copyright their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the extent permitted by law, Vật Giá Top makes no warranty that:

  • Price data is 100% accurate at the moment you view it.
  • The site is error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Estimator results perfectly fit your specific construction context (soil conditions, narrow alley access, local climate, etc.).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vật Giá Top is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, price data, or estimator results.

8. Third-party links and content

The site may contain links to external sites (suppliers, news articles, provincial bulletins). Vật Giá Top does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business of those sites.

Ads served via Google AdSense are controlled by Google and the advertisers. Vật Giá Top does not endorse and is not responsible for ad content or the products/services advertised.

9. Suspension / termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (including API accounts) if we detect a breach of these terms — particularly bulk scraping, resource abuse, or fraud. We try to give email notice first, except when the breach demands immediate blocking.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Each update bumps the "Effective" date. Continued use of the site after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be settled by the competent People's Courts of Vietnam.
